1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 cup of soy milk (12 tablespoons)
2 mashed bananas (about 4 tablespoons)
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together.
Then add soymilk and the mashed bananas. Mix them together.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
